Trophy City provides products and services on this website that are subjected to the following terms and conditions (‘Terms’).
If you visit or shop at www.trophycity.co.za , you agree to accept these Terms and other policies detailed herein.
Use of any current or future services or products provided by trophycity.co.za will also be subjected to these Terms along with the associated policies.
All prices are inclusive of VAT
Terms & Conditions of Acrylic Glass & Glass Trophies.
Trophies cannot be returned or credited if external work has been done to it, such as laser engraving, apart or plaques attached.
Crystal or glass items which are mostly hand crafted are not warranted, that is have a 10 mm deviation in the height or shape cutting.
The quality of the box of any trophy is not warranted as boxes are not made for presentation.
Terms of Return.
You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair of the goods you purchased:
* Are not the same as the description provided
* realise you can’t afford the goods;
* found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
* chose the wrong size or style;
* knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
* were responsible for causing the fault. (eg. spelling or layouts errors/mishandling)
All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Site Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and these Terms without notice.
Alterations will only apply to products and services ordered or supplied after the altered terms take effect.
Please note that trophy and award sizes are approximate, and Trophy City cannot be held responsible for slight variations in size, shape and/or colour witch may be the result of changes made by the manufacturer.
Branding or Engraving is not included in our Trophy Prices.
Uncollected Goods
Please note: Items not collected within 120 days may be sold or disposed of to help cover storage costs.
