UV Printing Services at Trophy City
Experience Full-Colour Branding with UV Printing
At Trophy City we offer professional UV printing services to bring vivid colour and custom artwork to your trophies, plates, and acrylic products. UV printing adds striking visual appeal by applying durable, full-colour graphics that enhance the look of awards and promotional items.
What is UV Printing
How UV Printing Works
UV printing uses ultraviolet light to cure ink immediately as it is printed, which locks the ink in place and prevents smudging, fading or scratching. This results in sharp, vibrant graphics even on non-porous surfaces like acrylic and Rowmark plates.
Materials Suitable for UV Printing
We offer UV printing on a variety of materials including:
- Acrylic trophies – ideal for clear, glossy surfaces.
- Rowmark plates – perfect for mounting on trophy bases for nameplates or recognition plates.
- Acrylic glass maps, inserts or decorative panels.
Advantages of Choosing UV Printing at Trophy City
Long-Lasting and Durable Graphics
UV printed colours resist fading, even with exposure to light. The cured ink is less prone to wear and retains its brightness over time.
Custom and Full-Colour Designs
You can have logos, names, images or custom artwork printed in full colour with precise detail and clarity. This enhances the visual quality of awards and makes them more memorable.
Fast Turnaround and Flexible Options
Because UV printing cures immediately, production can be faster. We offer branding on new trophies, custom inserts, acrylic panels, or replacement plates.
